Scrap Food Restaurant

"Scrap Food Restaurant" is an Art project made in collaboration with Helis heiter, in which playing with food is allowed.

The interaction of bold colors, contrasts and compositions gives viewer the opportunity to eat what's on the menu with eyes, while the senses of taste and smell are manipulated.

The artists intention is to disconnect food from its primary nourishing purpose and to use it as an atmosphere designer in interiors.
